An outbreak of Newcastle Disease has been reported in Switzarland.
The affected population consists of hobby flock with ornamental pigeons (Takla- and Adana-pigeons).The outbreak took place in Aargau.
There is no connection to NCD-outbreak in poultry in Neuchâtel in November 2011.
