Greece reported an outbreak of avian influenza H5N8 in a commercial laying flock.
The farm is located in Milia Area. 
28,000 birds will be culled.
In late December Greece reported finding H5N8 in a dead mute swan recovered in the northeastern part of the country, very near the Turkish border.
