Spain reports a case of H5N8 avian influenza on a farm ducks in Girona.17,000 birds will be culled. Earlier this week the autonomous community of Catalonia reported the discovery of  H5N8 in a stork found dead in the Natural Park of the Aiguamolls de l’Empordà, Girona.
