Iran

This outbreak was diagnosed in Mazandaran in backyard chickens. Iran reported that 14 birds were infected and that another 475 were destroyed
The diagnosis was done by Istituto Zooprofilattico Sperimentale delle Venezie (IZSV), Padova (Italy).
The outbreak on Dec. 10 was not reported to the Paris-based body until today.
