Two new outbreaks of H7N3 highly pathogenic avian influenza have been reported by the mexican authorities.

The first in a flock of quails in Valle de Santiago, Valle de Santiago, Guanajuato.
The second in a flock of commercial layers (10,000) in Lagos de Moreno, Lagos de Moreno, Jalisco.
