Salmonella sickened more than 350 inmates at an Arkansas maximum-security prison. The foodpoisoning was caused by contaminated chicken.
The Arkansas Department of Health says testing confirmed the presence of the bacteria. Inmates at the Arkansas Department of Correction's Tucker Unit were served chicken salad on Aug. 4 and hundreds fell ill with nausea and diarrhea afterward.
