Low pathogenic avian influenza (LPAI) H7 outbreak in a holding with ornamental birds in the commune of Fiesso Umbertiano, province of Rovigo, region of Veneto is confirmed. The specific strain was found to be H7N3 and is closely related to another strain detected in May.
