Two new cases of avian influenza were detected at separate egg production facilities in south of Riyadh. Nearly 216,000 birds have been culled or are in the process of being destroyed following the discovery of the H5N1 virus.
14 outbreaks of H5N1 were diagnosed since November 12. In all nearly four million birds have now been culled since the first case.
