An outbreak of Newcastle disease was confirmed in a broiler flock (140,000 birds, 3 weeks of age) located in Mehola.

Mehola is situated in the Northern Jordan Valley a settlement in the West Bank.

Israeli officials said today they will cull all birds in the affected farm.
