Avian influenza has beeb detected in a poultry farm (22,000 laying hens) in Tzummarum (The Netherlands). It seems it is a H7 low pathogenic strain. Two weeks ago LPAI H7N7 was found at a poultry farm in Barneveld, in the province of Gelderland, after which around 30,000 laying hens were culled.
