State officials are responding to the third confirmed outbreak of H5N2 avian influenza, in a commercial turkey flock (a commercial flock of 39,000 turkeys)  in Minnesota. The case, found in Stearns County, Minnesota, is the second confirmed case in a week, and the third in a month.
